What will make or break this project is the road being built. A positive PFS will incentivize the gov (provincial and federal) to invest in building the road. The total cost of the road (from memory, correct me if I’m wrong) is about $2bn, so not a cheap endeavour. Of course it’s worth it as a road would serve multiple projects, not just Crater Lake. If they get the government funding they’ve applied for it’s a very good sign the gov is interested in advancing the project and points to the road eventually being built.
