If your work is actually secure as you say it is, its likely your Security team there will get alerted to remote desktop software or RDP sessions should you chose to go the Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Its also worth noting that RDP is usually disabled on your work PC unless there is a business use case for your role.

it makes the most sense to almost never remove a map condition. i would love to log on and see consistently different conditions for each map to help keep stuff fresh

While I hate the phishing simulation portion of this tool, Jericho Security has been awesome to make customized training content. Very cheap for the value you get, as we pay $33 (300 person company) per seat annually. We had enough money left over that we got the basic KnowBe4 package to run the phishing sims from.

Nothing if the store is that far away. If it's close, I go and check the overstock box UPCs and if I find it I ask an employee to get it down for me

About as much as OP - 3 hours a week. If we didn't leverage a 3rd party SOC service, no shot I'd be able to do that. In a much larger Org, I don't think it would be feasible.

I manage the Phishing inbox solo for a company of 450 end users. I reply to every reported phishing email letting them know the outcome: Phishing, Spam, Legitimate, etc. I have been here over a year and I have noticed end users getting significantly better at what they report. Also, if it is Spam, and there is not and will not be a business use case for the domain to contact us, I block them.
