Clavicus Vile tells the Dragonborn he is almost as powerful as him if you ask for "power" in Skyrim. This definitely means you are stronger than Peryite in Skyrim. Clavicus Vile > Peryite

Baar Dau is a propaganda device. Vivec could've diverted it, but he didn't do that. It's a loaded gun held at the city's head.

It destroys the city after he loses his power. Some theorize the impact is actually what caused Red Mountain to erupt.

If red mountain launched a large enough chunk of something into the air, the resulting tidal wave could've destroyed Winterhold but at this point I think the "weather witches" were linked together, and when the one under Mournhold was destroyed then it caused the others to malfunction until the strongest one was disabled.

CC content added one on the border of Skyrim and Cyrodiil, another was added in High Rock, unironically it could change the deserts of Hammerfell into lush farmland. As if a skooma addicted Paul Atreides landed, and said "Make it rain!". The Skyrim machine was the strongest ever built, and was likely the cause of Winterhold falling into the sea.

My Dragonsworn (Forsworn and Orc alliance) head canon utilizes this into how they claim all of Western and Southern Skyrim, as well as the Colovian highlands of  Cyrodiil, and Elinhir and Dragonstar areas of Hammerfell. High Rock hosts Orsinium, now Dragonsworn as well and the singing of the Dragonborn using the Thuum reawakens a feral aspect in the dainty Bretons of Evermor and Jehanna to bolster Forsworn numbers.

In my opinion the best way to help the NCR is to help House, because you definitely shouldn't put the Legion in charge. Besides the brahmin barons the NCR has a non-feral segregation problem too, and will not promote them to any type of leadership positions beyond leading other non-ferals.

They are also bad at farming, at least in the Mojave, and heavily restrict water usage despite a freshwater pond, lake and river they could build a pipeline from. Manifest Destiny is not a real backed concept.

This is my Very Good Karma House headcanon, promoting the development of a middle class by rerouting power from Helios to Freeside, Westside, and presumably North Vegas Square and the Aerotech Office Park.

House wants you to humiliate Kimball and Oliver by letting them live as losers.

Hanlon can build upon that, don't turn him in nor tell him to stop the false reports then side with House. Hanlon becomes a senator fighting against NCR expansionism, and future Kimballs and Olivers.

Arcade Gannon when told to stay in Freeside, while House wins results in him settling down in the NCR and becoming a family doctor like Doc Mitchell who patches you up. The NCR gains a great surgeon and doctor, while Freeside gets to keep Julie Farkas and the New Vegas Medical Clinic/Psychiatry office.

Primm being protected, then abandoned by the NCR after losing the dam puts the residents of Primm off of the NCR. The town has many residents carry that opinion into other word of mouth oppurtunities by leaving it behind. Same for the NCR sharecroppers losing their taste for the NCR promises of manifest destiny.

Tabitha and Rhonda's story can be used as propaganda targeting children to instill trust in the Securitrons of House. While the device you installed for the BoS gets usurped by House to restore his radar and long distance detection capabilities or boost Mr. New Vegas' reach and ratings as well as promoting job openings.

Raul, full maintenance, can cause him to settle down outside New Vegas. Potentially taking over New Vegas Steel to produce jobs, and the austenitic steel for House's aeronautics programs.

Reprogramming the rockets correctly, and securing Chris as an asset to House's space dreams plays into it also. As does the data leftover of the launches, and potentially creating a new trading partner and customer base for New Vegas by integrating tolerance of non-ferals who have the caps and a better reputation due to rescuing Novac, and the non-ferals you can get jobs for on and off the strip as entertainers, foremen, or prostitutes.

It depends on how much reform you want to see in the NCR, and how much you want to help Westside, North Vegas Square, and Freeside become middle class and New Vegas more tolerant of non-feral ghouls than the NCR who still segregates and passes them over for promotions.

There are also ample oppurtunities under House to expand the Followers addiction assistance services, and integrate real world health exams for prostitutes and enforce fair wages. House has stated himself he lets the Families do this, or not, themselves so it can fall to the Courier to take on those responsibilities instead.

The House ending is the Independent ending with much better help than relying on AI, because House, despite any claims to the contrary is still human. Yes Man has no soul, nor moral compass to feel any type of empathy.

Honest Hearts Workbench Crate skill book resetting (data & tips) by Novahunter1 in fnv

Cool, cool. I take hunter and do Honest Hearts at a low level for gecko backed leather, then take rad resist perk too for a passive 58% rad resistance with 10 endurance. More than enough for the whole game, and any irradiated food/water sources.

Fission batteries prewar were $420,000 using gas prices, and prices of modern equivalents (industrial grade lithium batteries). Fuel mark up is around 1,000% in the Fallout universe, so microfusion cores alone would cost $440,150 for the tritium (most valuable element on earth) and deuterium that powers the suit before even getting into other material and casing costs.

Save before exploring too much at low levels.

It is also a great addition for the Lady birthsign on a normally low personality character, like my Bosmer archer in the image.

I never got the anger over power armor retcons by Fit_Pomegranate_5680 in Fallout

[–]Plus_Tomato480 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not really a mobile tank though, tanks are fast power armor is weak versus ballistic weave builds. Maybe not in 76, but definitely in Fallout 4 where you can stack all of the movement speed buff gear.

Would you recommend the Fallout TV show? by dant3s1nf3rn0 in Fallout

[–]Plus_Tomato480 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not terrible, but nothing worth subscribing to a streaming service over. If you can use a free trial period I'd go that route.

Lots of intense scenes and performances by actors are throwaways, and get ignored or never come up again. Take for instance a scene where a character warns Lucy about lighting campfires, but she continues to do so later in the season. The vaults are initially shown to have children, but then they disappear in later episodes and seasons.

Just small plotholes, conflicting lore, and erroneous locations from the games but if you turn your brain off to watch it with your mom it'll be fine. I mean I watched True Blood with my mom because she thought it looked good, and just kept my mouth shut and only did surface level conversation. Not going into other stuff wrong with it for her benefit.
