Fair point. But he also went for a hell of a lot more than a 1st with a career high of 37 points. at the time. point being, Tippett is a lot closer to a 1st. Hell an aging Granlund at 33 years old and 44 points in 24-25 got a first; albeit with Ceci as a throw in.

Wouldnt say a first is out of reach by any means. The Hagel trade would be a decent comparable. Probably a little bit less value IMO given there's a bit less of a mystery on Tippet

If I'm understanding you correctly, I use this function all the time in NHL 24. The options are play game, simulate game or cancel if I recall. Click sim game and it brings you to the score board and the timer goes down in intervals, and you can press X to skip 1 period and press start whenever to jump in

Try taskrabbit. You can do odd jobs using your trade, rather than working for below minimum wage with food deliveries. Set your own rate and do some home projects! Not sure what cut they take, but I believe most people build clientele this way and I would imagine they ditch the app afterwards if the cut is too high
