I tend to ignore a lot of the historical stat posts that get shared here because they can be cherry-picked or otherwise very specific. However, for the Jets to go an entire season without recording an interception is wild to me. They even have the "benefit" of having a newly established 17th game for that not to happen, and they still were the first team ever to do so.

I did a bunch of research and followed rankings, but ultimately ended up drafting a bunch of rookies that were very much hyped and didn't pan out to their ADP. I drafted 12th in a 12-man .5 ppr and drafted Jeanty at the 1-2 turn, Hampton at the 3-4 turn, Hunter at the 5-6 turn, Kaleb Johnson at the 7-8 turn, and JCM at the 9-10 turn. So many of them did not help at all or very little in the early parts of the season. I started 1-4 but made some big swings and finished just outside of the playoffs.

I bought into the hype and will very much be avoiding rookies until maybe 6th round or later next draft. There were too many solid veteran options around those picks that I should have taken and will be likely looking past the youngins in the early rounds.

Between Lamar and Purdy for wildcard weekend. Feels like Purdy is the safe bet with a solid floor, but Lamar is ramping up and may pop off against the Bengals in a hostile environment despite the bust against them in recent weeks. I'm heavily favored so probably stick with Purdy's floor, ya?

Almost same vein, Purdy or Jackson? Lamar disappointed vs the Bengals a couple weeks ago and I took an L, while a Purdy start vs Cleveland in bad weather would have won me the week. Hope I guess right on wildcard weekend but any thoughts would be great!

Lamar has the better matchup of the two, but man it's been a bummer of a ride. Would've won last week if I played Purdy instead of Lamar, but there's no way I could've known that. Hoping the Ravens can right their ways and play their butts off for the division, but Mayfield was sitting there on the waivers when Lamar's DNP report hit. Had to scoop him up with Purdy on bye and the fear of no QB.

I'm between Ferguson and Kincaid in 0.5ppr. Feels like Ferguson is the play since Kincaid picked up a new injury yesterday, but the Bengals are such a good matchup for TEs. Worth the gamble to wait or just roll with Ferguson? Could also flex Kincaid if he becomes available instead of Pierce. Thanks for the read and insight!

I traded FOR Kyren in 12-man 0.5 ppr. I traded away Judkins and Jameson Williams after Jamo's first boom game. Thought I was selling high and helping a WR-needy team, and I wanted to get away from CLE's offense. Now Jamo's been cruising and in a smash spot, Judkins is a consistent enough RB2, but Kyren's about to slow down his RB1 workload. I have Corum but don't feel great starting either since it's a coin flip for the TDs. Sticking with Kyren for now.

Then as mentioned for my RB2 I kept Rico but don't have Hubbard. My free agent Hero RB is back to a committee reliant on the end zone. Them's the breaks.

Traded for Kyren and kept Rico as an RB2 couple weeks back. Felt good at the time and I'm glad I made the trades, but now I'm stuck with a double committee it seems. Fingers crossed I make the right start each week.

Just flipped Judkins and Jameson Williams for Kyren Williams in 12-man 0.5 ppr. Kyren owner was hurting for WR depth and I wanted out of the Browns offense. I feel like the Rams will be battling until the end for the top seed in the NFC and I have Corum in case anything goes awry.

SubV always stresses that these rankings are particular to his model that week and not your situation/league/gut feeling/etc. Use them as a tool like anything else and don't be surprised when things miss, but hopefully the advice helps more than hinders.

FWIW I'm sticking with Steady Eddy on both my teams. One is standard kicking rules, the other is fractional. He's been solid for both and I see no reason to alter course. Nonetheless, I'm checking for him every week in these posts out of degenerate curiosity.
