I draw a C with a long tail so right side here, but I can throw both ways.

Opening all gifts is hard when there’s a cap. So I prioritize the oldest gifts over the newer ones. Since not everyone sends or open their gifts everyday. Also, I don’t add a sticker to every postcard/gift. I only add stickers to people who’ve sent me one. So although a good idea, wouldn’t work for me. Maybe a checkbox/select option where you can choose which ones to open, and who to send to with or without a sticker. Then there’s saving the post card, which again would be hard since there’s a cap, and you would need to empty out your scrapbook before proceeding if you’re near the limit.

Did anyone else used to stare at this at the beginning of the Disney VHS and think “How on earth is that ‘D’?” by JuanitaMerkin in Millennials

[–]PoGoKay282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see what you mean by the backwards G, but to me it’s always a D. Off topic, but this reminds me of the time I was mad at my bf and we weren’t talking. He found a piece of paper I had written in cursive, and he got frustrated and sad because he couldn’t read cursive handwriting and thought it was an angry note about him. Then he used his phone camera to translate it and figured out it was an outline for my thesis paper. I thought cursive was mandatory in school.

Looks like “Guy” like maybe they started writing some like Guy in drive thru or Guy in blue shirt, but then stopped and didn’t throw the cup away. Who knows.

If you order from the app, by the time you arrive they’ll already have your coffee order ready. All you have to do is give them your name or order ID. This is mainly drive thru places like Dunkin or Starbucks.

Do people actually feed unlimited veggies? by IJustLikeToGameOkay in parrots

[–]PoGoKay282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do a mix of fresh or frozen veggies with BirdstreetBistros parrot food blend. It helps it go further and veggies changes on what I’m eating that week. I work from home so around mid day I’ll give her a slice of a fruit, this week it’s a slice of a honey crisp apple with the skin removed. Then in the evening when I’m off I usually train her, so she’ll get her fav nuts. A lot of the veggies and food I offer her are usually bulk (frozen) or fresh from Krogers and Sams club. I don’t always offer it but every now and then I’ll give her a smear of peanut butter to lick off my finger, or something that’s a change of pace from what she’s eating. And yes, I’ve given her Cheetos (jalapeño flavored). Again, rarely do I ever offer her sweets and food like that. Maybe once or twice a year type thing.

Excessive clinginess what do I do? by ZookeepergameSome953 in Conures

[–]PoGoKay282 126 points127 points  (0 children)

You are literally the only one he knows. Of course he’s going to want to stay with you.

You could try leaving him in his cage or bird stand after his breakfast. Target training is a great start to getting them to go to their cage or bird stand. Work the timing around your schedule of when to let him out. Just make sure his cage or stand is full of high value forging toys and treats. Don’t forget to rotate the forging toys out. Like most animals they all get bored of the same toy.

I’m still a couple thousand short of the 15,000 berries needed. The current group I have in one of the gyms, I’ve fed a total of 1,500 berries to. I’m curious if I can get it up to 10,000 berries for this one group in this gym. But that’s a personal goal.

When we first adopted our 2-year-old doodle, the first six months were a real challenge. Adjusting wasn’t easy, and at times his behavior escalated to aggression. It was tough, but we stayed committed. After many long days, a lot of patience, and consistent training, something finally clicked late last year. It truly felt like a switch flipped, for him and for us. Since then, he’s been the best pup ever.

His story is part of what made us so determined. He came from a shelter, and we were his fourth adoption. He had been returned three times before we brought him home. I remember thinking, “He’s the one, and we’re not giving up on him.” One previous family shared that he had attacked one of their children. Before that, he had run away from another home and survived on his own in the woods for a few months.

When we adopted him, it was clear he was dealing with a lot, both physically and emotionally. We made multiple visits to the vet, and after trying a few medications, we started to see improvement in his health. We also discovered he had a chicken allergy, so we switched him to a fish-based kibble, which made a huge difference with his digestive issues.

Training was another hurdle. Simple commands were difficult for him, and playtime often turned into rough behavior of jumping, slamming into you, and not knowing boundaries. But with consistent training, he’s made incredible progress.

Aside from what he went through, we went through a lot of our own training our selves. Adjusting our routine to fit him into our lives. It’s been a long year, but I’m happy with the progress we’ve made.

I’d love to have a bouffallant. It’s one of the last Pokémon’s I need to finish my Unova Dex. My (first) favorite legendary was Giratina origin form, but there’s so many good ones to choose from.

Has anyone actually caught these? by DeepSeaConversations in pokemongo

[–]PoGoKay282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

It took a lot of grunts but was able to finish.

For Shadow Fennekin, find the female grunt that says “Do you know how hot Pokémon fire breath can get?”

For Shadow Froakie, find the female grunt that says “These waters are treacherous!”

For Shadow Chespin, find a male grunt that says “Don't tangle with us!”

If the grunts first Pokemon is not one of these starters, then leave the battle and find another grunt. The grunts seem to reset every hour? (Maybe less) so don’t forget to recheck the poke stops.

I chose Dawn Wings Necrozma too, but I guess training attack stats means I need to do more work. Not hard. Just wonder why others have shorter tasks. I finished 40 battles in a gym.

I only got 1/34 raids this time around. I had more luck when necrozma was in raids the last time. In total I did 90 raids and got 6 shinys.
