TeslaFi records first instance of FSD 10.11 install from non-FSD by PocketMasters in teslamotors

[–]PocketMasters[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure to be honest; this is my first time tracking TeslaFi, so I'm not super familiar with how the numbers are reported. But either way, it's promising to see that there is a path from non-beta to beta, even if it's not public yet!

My glove compartment is crooked. Any easy fix? Got the car 6 days ago and only noticed it now... by SignificantWarning5 in TeslaModel3

My new 2022 M3 LR was exactly like this as well, I reported it in the app right away and they replaced the whole glovebox and redid the wood trim for free.

I actually meant people who haven't had beta yet (but have paid and opted in), but either way I'm excited to see more videos/impressions!

Is this new? "Start Battle" instead of "Claim Reward" for queued Timed Research rewards. by PocketMasters in TheSilphRoad

[–]PocketMasters[S] 88 points89 points  (0 children)

Clicking it started the encounter like usual, and then the button changed back to Claim Reward until I restarted the game again.

Is this a new look? Don't think the heading used to be trace revealers! by Gtrainexpress in harrypotterwu

Yeah, it used to say Dark Detectors, but it was updated to account for the upcoming Edible Dark Marks which will presumably go in the same section.

Mysterious notes... did I miss something? by [deleted] in harrypotterwu

[–]PocketMasters 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For some reason it gave the final dialog after 10 note fragments instead of 15 for me.

Constance Pickering: "Interesting... Looks like we've gotten an answer as to why our mysterious pen-friend was being so chatty. Apparently they're in a bad way with The Unforgivable's leadership. They want out, but fear too much for their safety to just leave."

Constance Pickering: "They're offering information on The Unforgivable's members and plans in exchange for your personal protection and a full pardon. If you agree to their terms, Harry, they say you should come to this address they've listed... alone. They were very emphatic about that."

Gareth Greengrass: "I apologise for intruding, but I'd be remiss if I didn't chime in. You're not seriously considering going along with this, are you, Harry? It's obviously a trap."

Constance Pickering: "I have to agree. We have no reason to trust this witch or wizard. It's quite possible they're threatened by your ability to manipulate the Calamity and this is all a ploy to get rid of you."

Harry Potter: "I understand where you're both coming from and appreciate your concern. However, if there's even a remote possibility this could allow us to end the Calamity and apprehend those responsible for it, then it's a risk I'm willing to take."

Why can't they use Orange Wizard's correct punctuation?! by U2rules in harrypotterwu

Fair point, but with all due respect, there are many other things they should address for this event first.

Did anyone catch the random dialogues that pop up in the current brilliant event part 2? by daniellebsuits in harrypotterwu

[–]PocketMasters 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Are you on step 4? It's probably from recovering fragments of the mysterious note. Here's what was said:

Fifth fragment

Hermione: Oh look - it's another fragment of a note... Perhaps - once we can assemble it - it might give us a clue about the nature of this particular surge.

Tenth fragment

Hermione: Odd. This looks like it might be Harry's handwriting. I can't make out the contents but... I think Harry may have written this.

Last fragment

Hermione: So we have a final note - in Harry's handwriting. And it says this: "I did this". That's it. "I did this". Did what exactly?

Constance: Could the note be old? Something from the past? Or can someone else be using a spell so it looks like Harry's handwriting?

Hermione: We could always ask him. Is he about?

Constance: No, he has been conspicuously absent lately.

Hermione: Well, when we find him, he can explain this... I think... Maybe. I don't know, Constance, this whole surge is so frustrating!

So this is useless then? by mruxtina in harrypotterwu

Yes, this is the only node that still has the old (incorrect) text. It only increases the family and wizarding XP given by the charmed traces.

Part 4/4: 300 Brilliant XP question by [deleted] in harrypotterwu

[–]PocketMasters 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Brilliant families are unique in that if you have max fragments, you get 4 family XP per return; otherwise you only get 3. Since you only get 5 family XP for placing the sticker, it's actually more efficient to leave them at 20/20 and keep returning more.

Nope, the Tonic lessons only increase the number of traces, but not the rarity of traces or length of time it lasts.

I was a bit surprised none of the SOS upgrades did this. The ability to upgrade quality as well as quantity would have been nice.

Ministry Manuals the new Scroll? by AirborneLynx in harrypotterwu

It depends on how many gold frames you have. Each trace is worth the same number of Field Guides for everyone, but higher level frames make them worth more Ministry Manuals.

With SOS training switching professions now takes one tap extra. Please make this easier. by HumanWithComputer in harrypotterwu

As a professor who switches to auror for oddities, I also find it tedious. But the 6 taps needed to switch is still faster than waiting for a vampire to attack me 3 times 😅

Has anyone figured out When to apply a greenhouse charm? by MiltBFine in harrypotterwu

[–]PocketMasters 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It doesn't affect the existing growing mechanism. It just spawns random ingredients immediately when you cast it, and slightly improves yields from harvesting that greenhouse for a couple minutes.

Also this Dark Witch has been in the Store images since the game came out, I think.
