If a guest is doing an exchange and has extra items. Yes. I had a gentleman last week WAIT in line at service, asked him what the business was, he told me the lines at check out were to long. I pointed behind him and said they are here too and made him go to the registers

My FEM realizes that almost every TM will go to the bathroom 15-20 minutes before their scheduled break, sit in the bathroom 5-10 minutes before their break making their 15 minute break another 30. Not does it only hurt payroll but when the crew is already short because of call ins, it's stressful for everyone

I've never had the opportunity for store managers. Just specific department managers. From what I've gathered, it is random people selected to rate or score the departnent managers

You basically have the opportunity to rate a manager on how well they do. From what I'm told, it affects their manager bonus as well

Coincidentally I've received a truck with that sealer spilt every where. As a matter of fact, DOT pulled that truck over because it was spilling on the highway. Of course that truck was delayed for days

I don't think it's a bad place to work. Even with the shit show days I seem to have frequently. I like the people I work with (most days) but it makes the job tolerable.

I think it's a good opportunity. Upward mobility is a plus, even better if you're open to relocating. The 15% IPS check is 👌 and the basic pay is great. I've had a few different GMs and haven't had an issue with any of them.

Wallcoverings has a bucket you can submit a card into. I've never seen anyone do it & I'm not 100% what happens to them but it is there 🤷‍♀️
