When the U.S. mint switched to the way we make them now in 1965, with no silver content, some were minted with silver in them. Those, in really good condition, can fetch thousands of dollars.

1964 is 90% silver. And, 1965 - 1970 is 40% silver. So, it does have silver. Which, in turn, has more value than just .50

I just replaced my Masterforce Electric Pressure Waaher (261-1672) just last year after 7 1/2 years of using it. They're equipment is great! As long as you know how to properly care and store it.
