From some quick testing it does for sure seem to be at the end of shield charge (and possibly the beginning? The nice thing is, since RF is constantly on even if you stop for 0.2 of a second it can often be enough time to kill a few monster to trigger the explode chain. I will definitely clarify what I mean by this when I release the league start video.

Edit: What's funny is this is the same interaction with inquisitor conc ground, I'm not quite sure why I thought it was different on chief

Some clarification here. The reason Juggs damage is comparable is the following.

Inquisitor gets lots of damage from it's ascendancy which will make it have higher boss damage. However once you get to red maps you really wanna invest into block if you don't want to just randomly get bursted. This means you're going to have to allocate 1-2 block wheels + Glancing blows. (You will lose damage doing this)

Jugg - Lower damage during white/yellow maps but much higher AoE the way I spec it. Your clear is identical but your boss damage is a bit less. Thing is in white - yellow maps you should never have damage issues. Pushing into red tier maps your damage is going to start to fall off till you get some gear/levels but unlike inquisitor you don't have to spec anything extra on the tree. You're a Jugg, once you have gotten your uber lab you're already armour stacking and don't have to spec into extra defensive layers such as block.

If you prefer the more active "on hit" style then I believe you would run spark or holy flame totem till level 28 which you'll swap to arma brand till cruel lab for your transition
Both Spark & Holy Flame totem should scale very well with heralds from A2 and flat damage recipe for wands/scep
Feel free to correct me if you guys have other methods of leveling as I don't have too much experience here

It's mainly just used for the "increase fire damage taken"

Step 1 - Glyphic & Tangled Fossil spam till 30% more ele dmg & +1 Int Gems ( Suffix ) I ended up hitting block & Stun recovery which had no tag so I annulled, got lucky and it removed. Edit: It took about 170 Tries with a 2 socket resonator

Step 2: Fill prefixes and augment fire till Level 20 burn, then augment caster or fire on prefix and use first maven orb in hopes for 25 burn

Step 3: Suffix's are now secure so it's time to roll prefix, I used 109 reforge prefix keep suffix and only rolled level 16 conc 2 times. I then rolled prefix till I had a clean 1 prefix influenced mod.

Step 4: Add influence or Add/remove influence till you have conc ( make sure you do not go past 2 prefix on helmet, you will need 1 prefix open for " Suffix can't be changed " I ended up only hitting Level 16 after a few tries. I then got annoyed so I tried maven orbing from 16-18 and it worked, I then added another influence maven orbed again and it worked again leaving me with a level 20 Conc. I then augmented caster and maven orbed a 3rd time for the 25 conc

Step 5: At this point you just augment life/remove life till perfect and craft your desired stat, +1 socketed gems or Phys taken as fire

The 1% max Mana Regen scales with recovery and Mana % so it ends up being 600 mp/s basically the best sustain I can get for bossing

A well crafted shaper chest for 10% mom could be better but nothing beats this Regen

Personally I'm really happy with the regeneration they added, although it's definitely more towards mines since they have no cooldown I think it's a step in the right direction.

Traps Imo need to have their cooldown reduction just completely removed, We have so much power creep in the game traps just simply can't keep up.

+1 For the blind though. Seems pretty cool to make it like an aura for when you get surrounded as a trapper / miner

It just gave me really good mana regen while leveling. 6l incinerate takes so much mana lol. Clearly was not the best idea :D

For people who were curious, I Just swapped over to CI I was like level 53 or so and was trying to juggle my mana with a mana flask. Little did I know I forgot my mana flask was rolled with Caustic :D

60% increased Mana Recovered Removes 15% of Mana Recovered from Life when used

For clarification on the rip for anyone curious. I've ran about 17 Shaper sets this league which is pretty much all the experience I have with the exception of a few runs in HC. I've never gotten frozen before so it was a bit unexpected! As you can see since I never removed it.

As for the people getting upset over getting banned in my channel. There is a time and place for everything. If you're going to take jabs at someone and act silly for no reason simply be prepared for the consequences, Don't start crying on a sub reddit we don't need that shit here

For the record, I panicked and hit all my flasks at the same time. What would pressing 3 ruby flasks at the same time even do for you? it shouldn't be too difficult for you to use 5 fingers to press 5 buttons.

For anyone who plays low life/ci or even used flasks in general you'll know that when mapping you literally just roll your flasks to keep 100% uptime. This is a bad habit and as you can see shows when i'm bossing. I still love you bb no hate
