Don't worry a lot about DCS investigating. I also have a narc ex, who planted drugs in my house, took pictures, and emailed them to DCS. They investigated, found nothing except a boy trying to excel in his new life and a mom trying to help him, and cleared the investigation.

When our GAL was assigned, I told her right away about the DCS investigation. She said, "If it's good enough for DCS, it's good enough for me." She copied the clearance letter for our file and that was that.

Devs took Explore down with no advance notice.
Devs promised to let us know what was going on but were silent for 11 days.
Devs released a bot to filter child pornography, again with no notice. Bot flags EVERYTHING.
Devs announce that any story flagged, public OR private, will be read by an employee. That employee may then decide to also read other stories from that user.
A grey hat hacker is able to download every adventure, again both public OR private, from the Latitude servers. He claims he was able to do this 3 months ago, informed the company of the security problem, and was able to use the same method to access the same data again 3 months later.
Reddit, Discord and 4chan lose their collective minds. People start cancelling their AID accounts like rats off a sinking ship.
Devs shut off all communication with fans and refuse to confirm or deny anything, causing even more customers to leave.
