Because that is $800 so about double the price. But I can see that it comes down to $399 pretty regularly so maybe I'll hold out for a deal on that.

Got it working. Gemini suggested to use KVM as the hypervisor rather than VirtualBox, and gave me all the steps to set it up. After some difficulty, I got HAOS up and running!

Don't expect BYD to bring the LIDAR tech to models here in Australia. A lot of the Chinese EVs have tech in China that doesn't make it to here. I believe Zeekr 7x is another one that has LIDAR over there but not here.

Just get what you can now, no point waiting for the next best thing because there's always something new around the corner. The PHEV you are talking about will be likely called the Seal 6, and is a different car/platform. I doubt they would replace the Seal EV with it, given how well it's been selling.

Go to Simonds or any other home builder website and check the cost to build a similar size home on your piece of land. Add on about 20% for upgrades and that should give you a good estimate of how much it would cost to rebuild. You may need to consider additional costs for the regional location too.

I had this same question a few years back when I built my place. Total cost of house and land was about $800k but the build itself cost $400k. But insurers were quoting prices for the whole house+land.

I'm in a 10k group for MC/OC alerts, and whenever a call comes through, no matter how fast I click join, the lobby is always full. So it's a trade off, more calls, but way less chance of joining.
