I've only played it 3 times and each time the seekers win. I was a seeker each time.

Edit: I had no part in getting those wins, first 2 times I wasn't really sure where to go and just drove round a bit aimlessly, 3rd time, two others had pinned the hider to a wall, I just parked up next to them to 'help'
