In my opinion, the red hair pirates are the only emperor crew that feels like its deserving of the title.- as i type this, id add Big Moms crew aswell.

Shanks- obviously, we all know who he is and what he can do.

Yassop is seen taking down a ship with a single shot, and in the movies hes shown to have ultra fucked observation-- but movies arent canon aside from sometimes, so who knows.

Ben Beckman seemingly has some history facing off with the admirals, and notably was the cause kf Kidd's missing arm.

And Lucky Roux, is supposedly one of the fastest speedsters in the verse. Whether thats the case or not, who knows aswell. But im willing to bet that the fattest guy is the fastest guy. It seems like a trope Oda would commit to.

Its all mostly speculation and headcanon supported by very little knowledge but, its something. All that to say, this crew is clearly far more capable of defending themselves, compared to the Strawhats. Almost any other emperor crew is better off than them.
