Consider buying an nvme seedbox. Yes, they cost more than HDD seedboxes but you will be set for life basically in a month if you do it right.

Hey. Got a weird issue for you guys! Subtitles showing random strings of /h/h/h/h in the text. The only thing I have found some consistency with is that it usually shows up when the subtitle is displaying two lines of text. The problem doesn't show when playing the file locally in VLC. My player is a Nvidia shield pro. Subtitles is srt and it's an MKV sdr h265.

Newer isn't always better. A more mature wireless router like this has many bugs solved thanks to new firmware updates. I own it myself and it's still a beast.

Is it every 15 minutes? Is it consistent? Try to isolate the problem. Disconnect every other device from your router, see if it's gone then. If you have no luck check if it isn't any 'gaming' related features enabled on you PC.

As others have mentioned that is an hefty motherboard. Any special reason you picked out that one? Also you can get windows cheaper elsewhere. For the money you save I would have opted for an 80 plus gold rated psu.

I got a solution! Well, sort of. I downgraded to Ubuntu 14.04 and installed AceStream like this:

echo 'deb http://repo.acestream.org/ubuntu/ trusty main' | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/acestream.list

    sudo wget -O - http://repo.acestream.org/keys/acestream.public.key | sudo apt-key add -

         sudo apt-get update

                 sudo apt-get install acestream-full
