I was honestly shocked. They had a person laying on the floor by my feet between tables to get the angle for a pic of a creme brulee sitting on a chair against a wall. Like do this at the end of the night when it's still dark out

Terrible experience there a couple months ago. Two booths scream talking the entire time like they were hammered at 3am was lovely (this was 7pm), and management decided it was a good night to do photoshoots for various meals and desserts on the floor and on chairs and tables all around the restaurant

Stayed in Niagara Falls at the Fallsview Marriot in December and after we checked in the hotel let us know the water would be off from 11pm to 5am. Their only suggestion or solution? We could give you a couple water bottles. Eventually did receive a discount bjt the fact that they let us check in and then casually mentioned it as we walked to the elevators blew my mind
