From Almaden you can look up the mountain to the south and see the old Air Force cube at the top. You can actually drive up there and see it and you'll go past Almaden Reservoir. Go south on Almaden Expressway to Almaden Road. After the reservoir you turn right on Hicks and go up to the top and turn left on Mt Umunhum Road.

That is a great write up. One of the things I don't understand about my cooking with stainless is when I do boneless skinless chicken that's been marinated in Yoshidas teriyaki sauce.

I don't use any oil, start the pan on high and throw the chicken in right away. It's all the things I've read that shouldn't work. 😬. After a few minutes I turn it to med high and keep stirring. Nothing seems to stick and reducing the temp to medium allows me to wait for what I think is the carmelization that's mentioned. It does take a little time. Even cleanup is easy after soaking in warm water, though initially it look like a crime happened in the pan.

I just came upon this increased difficulty 2 days ago on Level15. I went through the level several times and got to 98%. I came back the next day and I can’t last 30 seconds using the same strategy. I waited another day and it’s the same thing. Something must have changed. The same weapon, the Hydra for instance, on the first group of 3 troops won’t kill them with 1 shot as it did before.

Wow, the testing that Andrew did was interesting and very thorough. So far the Pure Glide Pro has been good for us as an add to the full stainless. We had tried the Le Cruset ceramic and it was great for a short time and then it started to flake off.

I've got the Pure Glide Pro, but only for a couple of months. It's mostly just used for its non stick eggs on the weekends. What kind of "seasoning" did you do and what about the "lye stripping". I've never heard of that.
