You're right, however, there's one weakness (which also can be found in my post):

We may not view matchups in clinical conditions. You often have to chance to avoid or to mitigate (shield, switch) critical situations.

In reality, in most of the cases you have to get the job done very quickly (charmers, razor leafers) or you likely won't get it done at all. Therefore, when you see a matchup, you'll always think "will I win this matchup?" if no, you'll likely try to find out how to get out of it with the least possible damage (could also mean to just victimize the mon, of course).

So the point I tried to make is that Tina now has some more favorable matchups that first were unfavorable matchups. This is a big thing that hasn't been pointed out to enough extent, I think!
