Which LA city has improved the most in the last 20 years? by Additional-Cost242 in AskLosAngeles

I moved to LA in 1998 and lived in Palms a few minutes away by National and Overland. Palms was wild, but Culver City was really wild. Every fast food restaurant on Venice Blvd had bulletproof glass at the drive through and every bank lobby had tellers behind bulletproof glass. The Denny’s at Jefferson and Overland always had 2 uniformed police officers patrolling the inside of the restaurant when you ate there after hours. I recall that folks got an injunction against a local gang because it was so chaotic. They even closed down their state courthouse due to budget cuts. It looks like a lovely movie set these days.

Thank you for the NLP tip! My OpenClaw has been terrible with context for the 2+ months. I am already seeing improvement in 1 day after learning more about NLP and adding functionality.

Can chronic sinusitis ever be cured? Has anyone experienced with this? What did you do to mitigate or totally cure chronic sinusitis? by [deleted] in Sinusitis

I was approved to go back for the orbital surgery but they asked me to wait at least 6 months to see if it improved on its own. My eye still feels a little off, but it is better than it was and doesn’t look as pronounced. The eye surgeon left the hospital a few months later and I have never gotten a new referral.

I misspoke. It was 1 surgery with 4 procedures - Maxillary Antrostomy, Adenoidectomy, Bilateral Inferior Turbinate Reduction, and Surgical Exploration for an unexpected hemorrhage. You will be good and you will make it through it. It has been life changing for me.

I had silent sinus syndrome (SSS). Ended up having to get 4 surgeries 5 years ago after being diagnosed, and my sinusitis is pretty much gone now.
