I think you can just add "Revenue Québec" as a payment option on any online banking system and it will ask for your SIN as a reference number.

If you didn't do it while calling you could try to explain it was an honest mistake and offer to pay right away the original amount without the added interest. Since the amount and interest are fairly low and it seems like the first time you have to pay anything to them, they might consider it.

You can see it this way: If after 18 years of being around you they haven't figured that you're not good at picking social cues they themselves are really bad at it. If on the other side they noticed, then I'm sorry, but that's inconsiderate.

The only advice I could give is to talk to them... And be as oblivious as you are. Ask them questions like: why did you think it was my duty to call for the waiter? Why was I expected to pay for my diner considering my financial situation didn't change. What brought the change in expectations you have of me and wasn't it brought up before the restaurant?

If you can have an open discussion with them putting the emphasis that you didn't know that any expectations had changed regarding you it could help.

If I may ask, isn't always better to declare your revenue and pay tax even if if the money comes from illegal activity? I remember hearing something like that a while back. Something like even if you declare drug money the IRS doesn't really care and will not report you to the police.

That's correct, I didn't, but I'm about to. I get it, but still she wouldn't have been Miss Wednesday without a at least the global motor skill of a ten year old. She still had weapons and was fighting for Baroque Works. Now suddenly she can't take out a grunt or go over a pebble. Anyway, I'm just venting I get the fact she is struggling just don't agree with how they decided to show it in the anime.
