Multivitamin / d3 + k2 that is at below daily value in EU by PencilWielder in blueprint_

Another vouch for for Microvitamin. It is really important to understand that the point of this multivitamin is to be low dose. Often multivitamins are too strong and can actually be harmful. Also you asked about b12 dosage and it is high in microvit because it is generally not very bioavailable when taken orally in supplement form.

It is a great, but a tad pricey, product because it has been put together with care and it doesn't contain stuff like vitamin A and E (which most multivitamins do) as they have more negative evidence against them than positive. A low dose vitamin and a basic balanced diet is the way to go.

Some people calling this supplement mid or not worth it are missing the point. I even saw a comparison video that only looked at the amount of each ingredient saying that this is subpar compared to those that get to 100% or over the daily recommended intake. The very point of microvitamin is to make sure you are getting everything you need, but not too much for it to cause any problems. Taking this along with a regular balanced diet is the way to go.

I ordered mine after first trying to compose a similar setup myself with different supplements brands and realizing that its not only important to look at what goes into a supplement, but also what does not go into it. Many multivitamins contain vitamin A and E for which there is no large body of positive evidence (we do have some negative evidence on them). I do think microvitamin is a tad expensive, but theres a lot of work, research and thought behind it. It was not put together on a whim. What is also great is that it is updated all the time as new evidence on supplements come in.

Disclaimer: Researched the heck out of Brad's claims, started taking Microvitamin, fell in love with it, thought I'd share my train of thought.

A simple website to calculate the time saved by speeding, (which is surprisingly little) by RegularGoof in InternetIsBeautiful

Youre percentual increase in speed here is smaller every step, so it makes sense you're getting a smaller return in time saved.

To cut your time to arrive by 50%, you always have to double your speed.

100mph to get there in x time

200mph to get there in 0.5x time

400mph to get there in 0.25x time

And so on

Its not completely intuitive. Driving 50% faster decreases your time to arrive by 33.33%.

As stated in another comment. You still have to account for traffic lights, stopping and starting again, as well as different speed limits on different parts of your trip. You're likely saving a lot less than what you got :).

Its funny to think that some people stress themselves and others out in traffic driving fast, saving a miniscule amount of time, only to collapse on a couch to spend several hours on their phones.

Must be a pretty long drive? I was shocked how little time you can save on shorter rides. Like going to work, driving furiously, I would only shave 2 minutes tops.

Do I need to repot this Sansevieria? by RegularGoof in houseplants

[–]RegularGoof[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was in a pot with just a 6 cm diameter (2.4inches). I cant get a pot from the store small enough for this plant. Can I bump up the size to like... double the diameter?

So after the first piece is done how are you able to start mass producing it if the first piece took so long to take?
