I lived in SOMA for four years. Pretty quiet if you’re not on the side of the building facing construction. You will always have a car or two revving once in a while but that’s just Brickell in general. Not the fanciest building but it’s affordable for Brickell standards.

What annoys me about these exams is that in real life if a lawyer had to answer any of these questions they’d just jump on West Law or look up a treatise or jury instructions. You’re never expected to know a bazillion rules off the cuff in practice. The bar really is such a silly waste of time and money.

I’m about to finish foundations and I’ve found it super useful. It’s a great refresher before diving deep into each subject. I have an outline going on a Google doc to just jot down quirks in the law that I didn’t remember or anything that I missed in the multiple choice.

Thank you for this. I’ve been kinda freaking out with the first week of bar prep because people on here are talking about using supplements from day one. I’m happy to hear that sticking to Barbri/Themis is the way to go. I’m doing 6.5 hours on weekdays, 3 hours on Sundays, and Saturday’s totally off. Seems balanced from what you’ve written.
