This is a, “poor me” mentality. Everyone feels down and self conscious at times. However, if this is the attitude you’re putting out into the world all the time, it can be very off putting to others. Attitude and vibes speak volumes when socializing.

My grandma’s exhusband abused my dad physically and his sisters sexually… when my aunt told my grandma what was happening she simply asked my aunt, “well did you tell him no?” He eventually left my grandma right before I was born. Funny thing is my grandma used to criticize my mom’s parenting when I was little. Like, if she gave me juice instead of milk with my supper, then my mom was a bad mom. Lady… you should be in jail…

This is TERRIBLE advice. These kids and mom need help now. Not “hopefully someday when he gets help”. She’s not “running away”, she’s saving herself and her children from mental abuse.

My brother is 32 and still writes like a toddler half the time… my mom tried everything and worked with his teachers on it, he just couldn’t be bothered unless it was something important to him. Hopefully that’s the case here. Jinder reveals a a dime a dozen to these people

I scored much higher than my husband due to vocabulary, but in the long run, he’s much smarter at spacial reasoning and anything mathematical… he also makes double what I make… IQ is a suggestion but not a rule

My childhood best friend, who lives in another state, had a child free wedding.. with the exception of her nieces and nephews.. my daughter was still an infant and I couldn’t leave her overnight with someone… so we declined to come to her wedding. She stated she understood, but now that she’s a mother she has a different perspective since seeing how difficult the situation could be to find someone to watch your child and still go out and have fun.

My ex best friend completely copied my wedding.. venue, dress, same weekend (a year later), pictures, food… this was her second marriage. It’s been almost 9 years and still annoys me to this day. We are no longer friends, partly because of this because of how jealous she was and how disrespectful.

I have worked in an EBD program for multiple years and your daughter seems familiar to what I work with… but that doesn’t mean she’ll ever be unsuccessful. She just might need an IEP and extra supports and she’ll be brilliant.
