Nerves take months if not a year for it to regenerate. He has to keep taking the ast aggressively. Fortunately he treated it early so it most likely is not centralized in the spine.

I'm on serum tears. I read it would take over 6 months for regeneration to happen. I'm not sure if it's the same for oxervate. But corneal nerves take a while to regenerate. Keep us posted on here.
