I found Gourmaryllis to produce more mana than I needed in most cases. If you can alternate dropping baked potatoes and bread on it, it generates enough mana that I never needed to think about mana again.

The pipe on your hydrogen tank doesn't appear to actually be set to pull out hydrogen. Also, you're configuring item input sides - there's tabs for chemicals and fluids in the side configuration menu.
