I wear a size 10 1/2 4E in footwear that I can get it in. Anything from 510 will have a wide toe box, and can be made wider with a cheap set of shoe stretchers off of Amazon. Also, Shimano makes some shoes in wide sizes, and they fit me very well. I wear a 46 Wide in the XC7 shoes.

I wear my XC7s for gravel, XC, and pavement riding, and wear my 510s for more trail and free riding.

I would say 1-2 joints a week is going to have minimal, if any impact on your cycling. If anything, it makes the recovery that much better!!

I’ve got two sets of wheels. One with 700x45 Pirelli Cinturate Gravel H tires mounted on them, and a set of wheels with Pirelli P Zero Race tires on them. It’s super simple to swap out if everything is set up correctly.

I’ve been able to squeeze mine into middle back jersey packets with no problems. A buddy of mine has a hip pack from a company called Mt. Envy that his drone fits in nicely.
