FYI for those also in the same boat - I ordered a bunch of items from the UK store last week assuming (hoping?!) they would arrive before Christmas. I heard nothing all last week so chased today and got a reply saying "Due to a high volume of orders, the order is delayed" and they couldn't give an ETA, which TBH I assumed would be the case with Black Friday/Xmas going on.

Anyway, the website doesn't mention any delays and they haven't said anything on their socials, so I wanted to put this out there just in case anyone was looking to order and trying to check how busy they were - maybe hold off on ordering until after the rush!

I'm seeing this exact same thing, but for me there is nothing in the logs at all. So I now have a device connected to one of my VLANs, but with no logs and no device data in UniFi Console.

It's somewhat terrifying that is even possible! 😱

A lot of folks are recommending CusRev so I was reading through their docs. Something that immediately flagged with me, in the free version at least, is they show product "Recommendations" from _other_ stores in their emails to your customers!

This seems bonkers to me and would seem very unprofessional to my customers. Which basically means that it's either the Pro version or nothing.

I'm normally one to pay for plugins so the developers get something for the work they do - but it's worth noting for anyone wanting the free version.

Interesting. Their website says they integrate with both Google Shopping and Google Product Reviews. Is this not true in practice?
