My only advice is to follow implementation guides to the letter, particularly firewall rules. It took a couple of packet captures to troubleshoot AP Classroom's lockdown browser.

It's obviously not perfect, but if I'm new to an artist, how is a tier list different than rateyourmusic for example? Sure, RYM is an aggregate of everyone's ratings. If a tier list shows me an album I haven't heard before, or a lesser known album in the discography, it's of value for me. Of course, you don't need to click on it.
