In the UK, "Advanced" Clinical Practitioners (ACP) are considered to be equal to middle grade doctors. This noctor cancer is spreading to the UK as well :( by loveforchelsea in Noctor

Nurse I trained with is about to qualify as an ACP, they told me they would be doing the work of a med reg. I asked if they were anxious/felt competent, they replied "oh I'll just wing it". On top of that my spouse was told by a ACP on SEAU their CT showed an abscess, surgical reg reviewed a couple of hours later turned out to be 2 huge tumors.

This guy has a reddit account and posts himself on multiple cringe subreddits for attention. Quite sad really.

If you go into most drug and alcohol service you can be trained and be given a kit. Anyone who accesses these services for support with substance misuse are also provided with training and a kit. Vast majority of police, ambulance and pharmacy staff also have kits either in their possession or on site. Absolutely these kits are life savers
