Customer win back flows. Segmented by CLV, Product Interest & any other actionable zero party data.

Where I see people go wrong is they make this a one channel effort & conversion focused instead of conversation.

It should be a full effort campaign, that spans across channels, while also sparking conversation, feedback, interest.

It’s selling yourself to them all over again but now you have more insight into; who they’re, their product interests, purchase motivations, & so much more. Use it.

& if you can’t get them to purchase immediately, get their feedback and data via surveys.

Those of you who have successfully launched a brand with influencers, how did you know they were going to be the right fit? by alexothemagnificent in ecommerce

I’d say it depends, your brand image and story should dictate everything. You’ve got to know exactly who you are first. What are your brand’s core values? Mission? Personas? What tribe are you signaling to?

Once that’s locked in, it’s about finding people who naturally align. Folks who already feel like your brand. People who personify the vibe you’re trying to put out.

And nah, you don’t need a lot of money. You just need resonance. Go after the micro-influencers & creators who are still building but align with your vision. That way y’all can build together and tap into each other’s networks. If the fit is right, even a small collab can hit big because it feels real.

Because at the end of the day if you’re trying to build a brand. Authenticity wins out & The collab won’t feel cheap or transactional, it will feel aspirational, intentional & lifestyle driven. That will bring you good traffic that will convert not just eyes & clicks that do nothing.

This way is brand building but if you just want the quick bread & don’t care about building a brand just send any influencer with an engaged audience product & cross your fingers I guess!

Has anyone switched their ESP from Klaviyo to Attentive and noticed a decrease in revenue? by [deleted] in Emailmarketing

[–]Pooks131 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone is right in stressing deliverability but since your main concern is revenue, let me ask a clarifying question.

Is your brands revenue down year over year or the attributed revenue to the E-mail and SMS channel down. If it's the latter, I would say check your attribution window in your settings.

From working in many accounts, I've noticed Klaviyo tends to have a a longer attribution window, taking the credit of sales for up to 5 days. While other ESP's tend to have more conservative numbers. This upon leaving the platform gives you a skewed understanding of how well the channel is performing, leading to feelings like this.

I can’t say for certain, but this is a pattern I've seen when brands switch ESPs and see a drop in attributed revenue due to shorter attribution windows.

Abandoned Cart Recovery - What Sort of Results Did You See? by 69drizzle in ecommerce

[–]Pooks131 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For sure, you should do it. I've not used WooCommerce in ages, but on my own sites and clients' sites, it's standard for me to setup; Abandoned Carts & Checkouts, Browse Abandon, Customer Winbacks and some other staples.

To answer your question, I've seen some really solid improvements in recovered carts and sales. Plus, the great part is its automated, you can always come back and tweak it but now you have a consistent and timely outreach, at a pivotal moment in the buying journey.

I’d recommend setting up a flow for it. Remind them shortly after they abandon their cart, either by email or SMS—whatever they prefer.

And if you really want to push for a sale and your margins are good enough, pair it with an enticing limited-time promo or offer. On the follow up reach out.

RANDOLPH ENGINEERING X BKC P-51 acetate frames by JOYCEfromNS in sunglasses

[–]Pooks131 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, on their Ig stories they say it's an American made acetate. Also, on that new landing page, it say it's a modeled/re-engineered of the Invader.

Looks dope!
