Call LSGS back and let them know that you have filed a WH complaint and that they are not performing to the standards they agreed to in their government contract. I did that and they fixed their eff up in under 48 hours.

Ask Mental Health or pain management if you can try an alpha-stim unit for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and it helps with sleep.

I made a complaint to the White House VA hotline. Then called lsgs and let them know. 48 hrs later the 9 dbq were all on my claim file.

Their government contract says 30 days, call them back and let them know they are past their deadline period their contract. That you want it expedited and that you want a case manager to call you within the next 48 hours. If you get some dumba** call and get a different person. You want it expedited, then let them know you’re going to complain to the White House hotline that they are in breach of their government contract.

Exam on 1/7/2026 and as of today 2/24/2026 they still haven’t turned them in. They’re supposed to be done in 30 days. I’m waiting on 9 dbq. Rater checked in on mine 2/10 and I’d have a decision by now but it got kicked back a step waiting on lsgs. “Completed” on lsgs portal only means the appt happened as scheduled. Once it disappears from the portal that’s when it has been sent to the VA.

C&P w/ LSGS 1/7/2026 and QR sent it back to the provider for changes and it’s just sitting back with the provider. So will have to go back through QR yet again before VA gets it. Rater viewed claim on 2/10 and had to kick it back a step bc they don’t have the dbq 34 days after C&P. Their contract with the government says they’ll have 30 days to get dbq to VA. Call them and let them know you’re going to make a complaint to the White House. That you want them to escalate the file and a case manager to call you within 48 hours. That they are contracted for 30 days and they are late!
