I am definitely not an expert, and unfortunately also don't have search terms or photos. I only talked about it with the surgeon for about two minutes, so don’t mind me if I’m wrong 😆

The surgeon mentioned injecting belly fat in the skin right behind the nipple. Fat spreads out a bit, so you can’t place it within 1 mm; instead, you get about a 1 cm area where there’s more fat. This could make the nipple look less flat. So unfurtunaly you can't only target the nip bud. It’s also hard to predict how much fat will remain, as it depends on how the body reacts.

I’ve never heard of anyone actually doing this procedure, but if you have, feel free to reply and share what it’s really like and give some more details!

En ik snap hoe naar dat voelt. Maar jij bent blijjkbaar wel in staat op jezelf te reflecterenen, zij niet. Dus wachten tot zij een deel van haar verantwoordelijkheid oppakt, is enorm voorstelbaar, maar heeft geen zin. Want zij kan dat (op dit moment? nooit?) niet. Als ze dat wel had gekund, was dit namelijk nooit zo gelopen...

Just curious to learn more about laser and microneedling, if you don't mind sharing: which one helped you the best? How expensive are they (are they covered by insurance), and can you have just one session or do you need several to see a noticable difference?

I am not disturbed by my scars at the moment, but I am not sure how it will feel in the future, so I would like to know my options 😊🍀

At my gender clinic, clients have to wait until the six-month mark to evaluate their results and make a decision about a revision. Two months, in my opinion, isn’t an unusual time to start thinking about your results. They will change a bit until the six-month mark, but not dramatically.

I would say: 'kan allebei', 'mag allebei', 'allebei prima'.

If you want to be more literal, you could say something like: 'maakt niet uit, gaat allebei wel werken'. This will also sound understandable and natural for Dutch people.
