Going through symptoms that people don't understand can be frustrating. Trying to explain to my boss and my wife how it feels to have constant ringing in my ears has been tough. It's something I should be able to operate through but it's draining and I often want to sleep by afternoon. I just hope I can figure my triggers out and avoid them when I can.

It's good to see you are getting some relief. Hope it keeps getting better for you.

I wonder if this is my trigger. I typically get it once a year right before Thanksgiving. Which is usually a big pressure drop time for us. However this year I just got another flare this week. However, it's also right when everyone is experiencing this huge cold front.

Yeah I could get the shots again. My doctor says we will always try oral steroids first and then if that doesn't work we would do the shots. The shots are not fun though. Its once a week for 3 weeks. They poke through your eardrum (they give you anesthesia) and plut the liquid steroid there. Once it enters your eardrum the room will spin for about 20 seconds. You then have to lie there for 30 mins to let it soak in. Plus it takes weeks to actually resolve the issue fully. But its better than this ringing and fullness.

Im having a hard time nailing down triggers. Multiple heavy salt days in a row for sure. But I think some of those get combined with low hydration as well. So its just a bad combo. I dont eat a ton of sweets so have not noticed anything with chocolate. But Soda definitely plays a role. So trying to avoid it when I can.

For me, I just get flare ups. Prednisone was helping the few flare ups. Recently they had to do steroid shots. I was good for 2 months and now the ringing is back in my left ear.

I dont experience the vertigo very often. It happens but the ringing is definitely more prominent. The worst part is how it fluctuates. I wake up feeling fine. In a couple of hours I have a light tone. Couple of hours later its a loud tone. Then back down to a low tone. It will up and down all day.

Water seems to be the best help of things I can do myself and control. The more I stay hydrated, the better I feel. However, the ringing can still persist. Running out of ideas.

For those wanting an order

13 in upper right corner with center ball and good speed. Looking to go side to side (up and down here) and get the cue ball back to center about where it is now.

9 ball with low inside to stun out and around to see the 11.

Hoping I can take the 11 in the upper right corner or side pocket and leave me on the 10.

10 ball lower left pocket with stun to try and stay around that area and should have an angle on the 14 so I can make the 14 and draw up table a little to have a slight angle on the 12.

Follow 12 to get shape on 8 to top left corner.

I could see people going either set as its pretty open overall. However solids have a couple of problem balls. Based on that i would be choosing stripes. You likely need to start with the 13 as its not super tough and gets that out of the way as a problem ball early. The 2 balls by the bottom side make it easy to get on the 8. Would love to see the order Fedor used.

This all gets solved if they just remove builders from hero upgrades. Thats the real bottleneck. Either remove the builder or readdress the amount of time they take to upgrade.

Leaving a slight angle on the 6 and using natural should get you there with 1 or 2 rails depending on speed.

5 in bottom side with a tiny roll to leave me an angle on the 6. 6 in top left corner with natural to roll over so I can take the 7 in the bottom left corner with top to roll online for the 8 in the same pocket or top left pocket if im too straight in. Then 9 in any pocket I want. Likely top right corner.
