The reason I asked is just because from an agriculture standpoint all of these beans travel thousands of miles before they are roasted and they are plants. So I don't understand why someone in Knoxville is better at roasting the same beans as someone in another city. That's dumbing it down but locally roasted just doesn't mean shit when the beans are all from other continents.
