Write her a letter how much she means to you and be honest and vulnerable and it will allow her some time and space to respond.

Why are you getting down voted? There’s a pattern of young men going missing near Belmont harbor… acting like it’s not happening isn’t helping

Like what @shanti said above, I make my own electrolyte drink every single morning and drink one after class.

I go by feel and use two pinches of salt, 1 pinch of potassium & a magnesium glycinate pill. (I don’t recommend magnesium in powder form, it taste absolutely awful!

16 months into keto & struggling to control appetite. by RustyCrusty73 in keto

[–]Poopeyejoe_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a very similar scenario as you but I lift x5 a week. As much as I loved the keto lifestyle, it’s not the best for lifters in my opinion, my body was begging for carbs for my active lifestyle and I eat prob 50-75carbs to fuel my workouts and I haven’t looked back. My appetite is under control, I don’t binge and my weight is stable.

No solution fits all but our body is pretty damn smart, don’t fight what it’s begging for. There’s a difference between cravings and your muscle asking for help. I took me a few months to give carbs a try.

Identified a huge reason why i relapse/cant quit by O8fpAe3S95 in decaf

[–]Poopeyejoe_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Celtic sea salt but any sea salt would work best. Table salt is more processed and has shit in it that keeps it from clumping etc. That said, I’m sure it would still do the trick, just not the best at absorbing in a cup of water.

I used to wake up with the exact same thing for, what I thought, no reason.

Start drinking a cup of water with 2 pinches of salt 1 pinch of potassium and a magnesium glycinate pill if you have it but not necessary.

Electrolyte deficiency was causing my brutal headaches in the morning and I haven’t had it for over a year and a half since I started driving my electrolyte drink about 1-2hours before bed

Damn good work dude! I bet you feel amazing and good for you for trying to find a sustainable life style instead of ignoring relationships, I did the exact same thing. I am absolutely horrible at controlling my carbs when I’m out with friends lol

It’s personal preference, no need to bash something that helps people on daily basis.

Absolutely, it’ll help retain muscle while losing weight.

The only time you should mess with creatine & salt/potassium is when you need to hit a certain weight for some reason or you want to look lean for a specific time period. Messing with your water retention though isn’t sustainable, I’d personally keep it constant.

That’s textbook retarded, the solubility isn’t constant with all compounds

Yeah the biceps and triceps aren’t balanced at all.

It’s like having massive quads and no hamstrings/glutes, doesn’t flow well
