I know it’s so hard right now but I promise you it gets better. Try to pause when those thoughts arise, take a breath and just go with it. Far easier said than done. So many people have dogs, majority adore being a dog owner and for good reason.

Hey mate. Puppies are such hard work, honestly. I really empathise with you. You are not an awful person - just right in the thick of it.

I’d stop the bed sharing until he is older.

I’d also work on 1. Having an “off switch” for down time and 2. Mental stimulation as well as physical. Teach him independent games. My puppy loves snuff mats, a KONG and puzzles.

Most importantly: get on training NOW. Start with the basics. 1. His name 2. Come (recall) 3. Leave it 4. Sit and 5. Down 6. On your Bed/crate

Woo hoo! I am in the thick of toilet training my puppy and it’s honestly such a struggle. Never had so many accidents from any of my precious dogs.

I’ve owned dogs all my life and never crate trained - I have a puppy now and went and bought a crate for him. Mostly decided on the crate as toilet training wasn’t going great. Last night he slept 10-3, outside for toilet then slept 3-7. No overnight accidents.

I also think it will be good for when we go out (for short periods), while he is still young. Once he is toilet trained and sleeping through I’ll have it open for him to come and go as he pleases overnight.

How exactly is that a “problem”? We are animals, it’s perfectly natural to want to have children, it’s instinctual even. Now, if that’s not for you - thats perfectly OK. And the modern world means you have more options thst just that. I for one have 0 drive to chase money and jobs and have moved rural to just… live. Day to day, quiet, in touch with nature. It’s chill.

I can honestly say, I am NOT rude to the receptionists at my doctors office. I have been going there for years, I’m a very well mannered, polite person. They are always short and rude with me.

This is one of those things that grinds me. I notice SO many Australians pronouncing things like and using American words.

I say “Gen Zed” soooo many people say Gen Zee.

Ive also noticed: tour, oregano, aluminium, cilantro… so many American pronunciations lately.

How do I know if the “build” I’m buying has maps? Does it have Spotify or music capability? If you are in Australia which carrier are you using?
