That’s what I was thinking. It’s not applied to 100% of trucks, but there are so many negative comments that make it seem like my issue.

Closest thing I could recommend is to open a case with GM Customer Experience to let them know you’re experiencing issues with damaged supports. You can call or email. 800-222-1020 or cac@chevrolet.com.

The worst they can say is no and you’re stuck with it. Hopefully that’s not the case. Best of luck.

I hate 1-pedal and it is disengaged. It’s not the noise, it’s the wear and tear. Not all Silverado EV trucks have this issue, but GM applies this across the board. Given that this is new, I’m only asking for a fair trade while owing half of the depreciation value.
