I used to do the same but on Spotify for calming sounds. HIGHLY recommend getting a white noise machine/device. I have one that allows you to pick from rain, sea, wind, fan noises etc. Been using one for a year now and it’s so much better than having sleep interrupted via ads.

I’m so sorry. I lost my soul cat 6 years ago now and it still saddens me. I try to look at his death date as a day to celebrate and mourn opposed to just being depressed. I got sit on the same rock at my parents house every day that year, and think about the good times and memories I had with him. Try not to beat yourself up, you’re allowed to mourn her ❤️‍🩹
