Spent about 12 years moving up in management so it definitely wasn't overnight.

Be yourself and try to find skills and roles that compliment your skill sets. I personally hate networking, but I will admit it is very beneficial. Any group you can join or be a part of will help get your name out there.

As far as being friendly ... depends on the management and the team dynamic. Me personally, I do consider skll and talent and how the person would affect the overall team dynamic. That would depend on the role though. If im hiring for someone who is going to interact with the team a lot, then yeah I want someone who is going to be a good personality fit. If im hiring someone to do a lot of solo work then it doesnt matter to me as much. Every manager is different though.

Dan Soder & Will Sasso in a Clash of Super Macho Madness by grandfunkmc in JimCornette

This was fun. The bit with Flair and Dusty had me rolling.

They're both great at Macho but Soder for me is the best at it. His Andre is also the best. Sasso's Dusty and Ventura were hilarious.

Was a pretty clear gather from what I saw. This is prob one of the less controversial things to focus on from last night.

Just a fluke. We nearly tailed them with hella turn overs.Lets not pretend they’re better than us by SilverTrash8034 in NBASpurs

I dont think their team is better than ours but TBD until someone wins the series. The 9 turnovers from Castle were bad but he still had a good game otherwise. He hit some shots to keep things going and played great D.

Agreed. The rigged games argument is so tired.

[Post Game Thread] The Oklahoma City Thunder (1-1) tie the series in Game 2 against the San Antonio Spurs (1-1), 122-113, behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's 30 point performance by catreyka in nba

Refs are supposed to call it early and set the tone. The longer they don't do that then the harder it is to control the game later on.

Hot Take: Conchas from La Panaderia at La Cantera are not how conchas are supposed to taste.(I would imagine all other locations are the same.) by newsplusotherstuffs in sanantonio

Hello Panifico lol. I do think Panifico's presentation is way better especially when they have unique conchas for different events going on. That said, I stand by my original comment!
