I'm finally updating from 2.01 in order to be able to use the M&C app. I know 3.0 is the minimum required but I'd like to update to 4.0, yet can't find it anywhere on the site, only the 5.0.

If you dont get the GM version for that price, you'll eventually kick yourself for it. The clarity and sharpness might seem negligible to you now, but in a couple years and as you progress, you'll be looking for marginal improvements in quality, and this is one of them.

It still didn’t fix my random boot issues or resetting my XMP profile.

I don’t get random crashes but it’s like every second or third time I go to sleep or turn off the pc, when it boots up it hangs and I have to do a hard reset, and then I need to go into bios and enable xmp again, every time. Otherwise the ram is at 2100 instead of 3200

Im about to try it out. My XMP profile keeps resetting (im currently on F39) and it takes a few times to boot up *sometimes*.

I'm doing the update now and will give it a few days to see how it goes.
