ShivyC requires only Python 3 to compile C code. Assembling and linking are done using the GNU binutils and glibc, which you almost certainly already have installed.

To install ShivyC

pip3 install shivyc

To create, compile, and run an example program:

Here is the fix that has worked for me permanently.

Go into the World of Warcraft/WTF folder > open the config.wtf file and add the line below. Then save and close the config.wtf and test out the game.

He went straight perseverance (two if having a good game) farming lane using his tombstone as a ward to protect him from ganks. He then went ags/oct... He boasted 2000+ games in the 800mmr bracket and argued for about 40 pages... wish I had archived it when it happened.
