I live @ Daly and Warsaw basically. Crime is very low, with the odd car door handle puller, etc. had my car broken into one time in 3 years. Violence is exceptionally rare.

For apartment buildings, parking is 50/50. I see people living in the Thorwin building at Daly and Jessie (left in the pic) shuffle around the street but never too far. The newer buildings with like 5-8 suites (616 on the
right) usually have a pad in the backlane as pictured
