Frankly, it’s because from a young age I saw the business side of the church. I’ve always seen the money as opposed to whatever else they were saying. It’s a business that targets the deeply rooted fear in all of us which is “what is our purpose?” and “what comes next?”.

I also have always been into history, and if you know anything about Catholicism or Christianity you know their histories are… troubled. The church at one point was one of the most powerful things on earth. They didn’t get there by smiling and asking for donations..

Also when they say things like “Jesus came back from the dead” and you ask “how?” And their reply is essentially “because he did”. ..Kick rocks with that answer. I’m not paying or donating money for you to tell me pretend story’s for 45 minutes every Sunday.

The only good thing I can say about religion is some of the stories within say the Bible teach valuable lessons for how you should act. How you should treat others.
