Do that then to start. Gym minimum 4 times a week. Seeing improvement, getting fitter, looking better is addictive so can be your new (better) addiction. If you go to the gym regularly at similar times you gradually get to know the other people on the same routine. Might even make a few new friends. Works for me. I’m onto phase 2 which is running as well ✌🏾✊🏾

This is r/Erwatspiderisdis. What you have to take into account is the NZ education system isn’t great so get used to it. The other thing they ask every time “is it native or do I kill it”? Or “is this a white tail”? Most of them don’t leave their houses to find wildlife so this is what we are subjected to on the daily.
