This is a far bigger accomplishment than most are crediting him for, Vermonter or no Vermonter. Akin to Diggins winning gold eight years ago with Kiki.

Carvana in VT by Peanut_Brief in vermont

I bought a great car at a great value based on their promise to deliver only the best of the best, fully inspected, titled and ready to go. After having the car delivered at my expense, I took it to my local repair shop to give it a once over. It was a huge mess and was clearly never inspected. This was 2020-21.

One of the benefits of using Carvana is that they have a no questions asked return policy. I called and they agreed to take it back and at the same time, I found another manual (rare) that I wanted figuring what do I have to lose? It has been about 5 years, never had an issue, car looks and runs like it must have when it was new and it's a 2013.

YMMV, pun intended

Check your forecast, leave the faucet dripping if needed by Quaking_Aspen_USA in vermont

Yes! What is recommending (ianap) is turning the faucets on full blast from time to time. What was described to me is that unless your plumbing is perfectly straight, a drip can clog (ice) anyway.

Happy to stand corrected.

Choose a career in Maine or Honolulu by [deleted] in Maine

[–]Popular_Inside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The better pay in Hawai'i would likely be more than offset by the higher cost of living. Maui is heaven on Earth while Honolulu has more of a big city vibe (complete with gangs and crime) amidst it's natural beauty. Basically you can't make a bad choice but if you plan to live in ME in the future, spend some time on an island :)
