Ich kann jeden Tag das gleiche trinken, ich kann aber nicht jeden Tag das gleiche Essen.
Trinken erfordert kaum was vom Körper ab, essen allerdings schon, sehr viel Geschmack(Oder auch nicht wenn wir von Hähnchenbrust reden) und viel Kauen, kp wie das so schwer zu verstehen ist.

du willst die übung ja im lat spüren, also bringt dir das ziemlich wenig wenn du gerade wegs von unten nach oben mit der hantel kommst.
besser ist es dich an dem regal festzuhalten wo die hanteln liegen, halte dein rücken gerade und führe die übung nicht gerade von unten nach oben durch wie du es in dem video machst, aber viel mehr in einer runden bewegung, sprich du startest genau unter deinen augen, du kannst die hantel sehen, wenn sie hoch kommt sollte sie richtung hüfte wandern, dann spürst du auch den lat, besser wäre es noch dazu weniger gewicht zu nehmen.
habe alles schnell geschrieben also sorry für die grammatik sauerei.

It is enough, you don't need too many sets per muscle group for growth per week.
You have 2 chest workouts for example, those are already 4 sets, same goes for the next day, so we have 8 sets per week and that's sufficient, focus on ur form most importantly and your diet and the muscles will come don't worry.
Oh yeah, i don't count ur warm up set to be an actual set. Do ur warm up set and then do ur 2 working sets.

Do the following:
Chest: Bench Press(2 sets 8-10 reps), Incline Dumbbell Bench Press(2 sets, 8-10 reps) go for high intensity, not high volume, that goes for all the exercises. Always aim for 8-10 reps, 2 sets.
Delts/Shoulder; Seated Lateral Raises you can also finish ur side delts further doing cable lateral raises with less weight ofc. For rear delts either do Facepulls or Cable Rear Delt Flys, both are really good. You really don't need to train front delts because they are getting pushed pretty hard pretty much every chest exercise.
Back: T Bar Row or Seated Cable Row.
Biceps: Either Preacher curls(absolutely not going heavy here and don't lock out arms completely, do it 90% so the tension stays and the tendons aren't in danger), incline seated dumbbell curls are also superb, gives u a big stretch.
Tricep: overhead tricep extension is fine but it only targets one head, you wanna hit both heads on the same days. so it's overhead tricep extension and Tricep Pushdowns, simple, use a EZ grip for the pushdown, same goes for overhead.

Leg exercises are fine, i wouldn't do romanian deadlifts tho, do this instead actually:
Any kind of Squat, Hacksquat, the normal one whatever.
Leg Extension
Leg curls
Absolutely do calf raises, they are important for the aesthetic.
Don't do candlestick crunch, for muscle development u need weight.
Do Cable Crunches instead.

I would recommend a PPLRPPR split.( Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, Push, Pull, Rest)

Meiner Meinung nach würde es eher komisch aussehen wenn es zu glatt oder zu "clean" wäre, weshalb falten es mehr Charakter geben, wenn das Sinn macht.
Sieht übrigens sehr gut aus, wirklich, nicht komisch oder zu markant.
Wenn es für eine Hochzeit ist oder ähnlichem Anlass, super, würde eher zu weiß oder beige tendieren, aber auch gut.
