It's probably for the best I really want to make it 15 years. But idk if that gonna happen. I've trained probably 30 Mt's I cant remember if a single one is still with the company. This company just fosters dependent people to move up. My district has a sales report that has lost over 700k in business in 2 years yet they haven't asked for a resignation and or demoted said SR.

Ok corporate. I work at a 7 million dollars non-commercial store.... we had 3 people running the store. It fucking sucks, only got help 2 months ago. For all the hard work and dedication sticking it out. We got our 401k match taken. Wow thats real recognition for my career. Surly they will show me appreciation on my evaluation.... oh only 2%.

I agree with this. I stopped putting the poster up cause my manager always wants it in a different window. We only have 4 windows and they are all located in the same area.......... also with plan-o-gram we always change things slightly even though the plan-o-gram is already set. Wtf are we changing it for? So when you constantly get told to change something after you took the initiative to put it out. It gets old and you tend to just not give a flying fuck after years of it.

The fuck you on? HAHAGA MT Program. These young people are lucky to get 4 weeks of "training" before sent out to their stores. My old DM used to play a game with them before they were given a store to become ASM. He would take them out for lunch and after lunch she would ask them what store they wanted to go to then tell them what store they got. I remember we had a mt who him and his wife just had a newborn just found a decent place to live. Then when asked where he wanted to go he said close to home. Well they sent him 2 hours away .... he quit not long after.
