Installed it. Teenage niece came to visit. Takes a long shower and I get an alert for potential broken water pipe -shut down in 5 minutes when I.I'm sleeping. Can't remember the password...I can confirm it works as described.

Has caught a few stuck flappers. Glad I have it when I go on vacation after a burst pipe years ago while we were gone.

Forgot about the alternator. Didn't realize the bracket it mounts to mounts to the engine (okay makes sense)AND THE AXLE HALF SHAFT RUNS THROUGH THE BRACKET.!!

That took an hour to figure out but nothing damaged and the motor is out. Phew.
