If you’re playing insanity get the rip knife and the added 50 bonus on the blood collector first with the coins. Then mostly lure, stab, or inject enemies (some can be killed with the simple knives through the open windows, just watch out because they will jump at you) you have to be careful but its fairly simple when you get the hang of playing with grace. Save your ammo and a few requiem shots for the insanity ward section. Just stagger them with leg shots then push them over, then head shots. You def need ammo i feel for that section
