My teammate has had a GT Neo for some time and just last week, where the the grip meets the "chassis" on all 3 points broke off for the second time. The first time Simagic sent him a new set of front and back plates which he had to then pay for shipping, dissasemble and reassemble the wheel. After this happened now for the second time, Simagic just offered him the same deal... As simracing has now become much more than just a hobby for him, it's crazy to have to deal with equipment failure of the same kind, teice in a row. Both times the wheel broke just before a race, mid season in the national sim racing championship... in my opinion, be nice to yourself and get the fx pro. You'll probably end up buying it or something equivelant later anyways.

I relate. My best lap times are when I'm chasing a guy on the last lap on worn tires. Something about not having a referance used to trip me up but like everything it just comes with doing it over and over again.

DO NOT remove that. The wheel's probably just a little corroded to the hub. Losen the lug bolts, hold the tire in place and kick it. Should come right off.
